Cozy house for 6 people next to the sea in S'Illot - Cala Morlanda. The whole house is on the ground floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, a dining room and kitchen. Air conditioning has been installed in the sitting area to improve comfort. It has a private patio with awning and outdoor furniture, perfect for a breakfast or dinner al fresco. The house is equipped with all comforts and offers bed linen and towels without extra charge, as well as crib and high chair. The house is located at the end of Sard street, next to the maritime walk of síllot; a pedestrian promenade with a bike path, which will take you to the shops, restaurants and the beach. The area is residential and very quiet.There is small rocky calas 50 metres from the house and a large sandy beach (S'Illot beach) is only at 200m. In the beach area there is a good selection of bars, restaurants, retails shops and supermarkets. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October). Days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
