The jewel of this finca is the private pool, measuring 3m x 8m and varying in depth from 0.45m to 1.6m. Here you swim without chemicals, as the water is cleaned through the movement of the water, which passes through sand and plants; a natural and sustainable way of holidaying. Afternoons can be spent sunbathing on one of the four sun loungers, enjoying a coffee under the hemp porch or having a tasty barbecue. This beautiful house has no direct neighbours. The finca dates back to the 18th century and has many curious and handmade elements, such as the lamp in the shape of a branch. On the ground floor a living-dining room with satellite TV is open to the fully equipped kitchen, including an induction cooker and a dishwasher. This villa has a very well maintained and landscaped exterior, which includes a wonderful chlorine pool of 10m x 4m, and 0.50m to 2m deep, with child protection and outdoor shower. It is surrounded by a large lawn area and there is a tennis court. Next to the pool, there is a chill-out area perfect for a refreshing drink. There is a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious pizzas or an exquisite dinner prepared on the barbecue, and enjoy it in a wonderful porch that gives access to the house. This two-storey house has on the first floor, a unique and beautiful living room with fireplace and satellite TV, open to the dining room and the gas kitchen. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. This is a salted pool sizing 8 x 3 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.1 metres. The shower outdoors is perfect to wash the sand off before a delicious barbecue under the thatched roof terrace or a dinner admiring the sunset. And, the best of it all is that privacy is total! You can enter the house from the terrace, and you will find the sitting-dining room, with a clear Mallorcan style that you can note in the special ceiling, where you can rest on the sofa and watch satellite TV, or enjoy your meals here cooling with the AC while it is hot outside. From here you access the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob, a table with chairs, AC and a little hall.
