Beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom stone house located on a hill near the village of Son Macià, between Felanitx and Manacor. We enter the house through a lovely front door into the hallway, where a staircase leads to a beautiful living-dining room. It is equipped with oak-colored furniture, a large dining table, a sofa area facing the fireplace and television. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, and kitchenware. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the same floor, there is also a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and a large terrace shared by both rooms. From the kitchen, we have access to the rear of the house, where there is a nice garden and a large covered terrace with a dining table.
