The first historical record of this estate is dated back to the 19th Century. It has been carefully reformed and features a 10m x 4m chlorine shared pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m. Kids will enjoy the childrens' pool (depth: 0.45m). Both pools as well as the terraces, loungers, parasols, the exterior shower and the barbecue are shared with de neighbors. The finca sets in a plot of 32000m2 which is fenced. The estate features several units for two or four people and Rafal Cestador is one of the smallest as it can accommodate two people. It is on the first floor and counts with a terrace furnished with a table, chairs and two sun loungers to get a soft tan. The kitchen, sitting and dining area are distributed over 22m2.
