The large private pool (protected by a child-proof fence) overlooks the sea and leads onto a terrace that provides the most spectacular views in Mojacar - in an arc of about 210 degrees the Mediterranean fills around 90 degrees, the town another 90 degrees and the mountains the remainder; Garucha and more can be seen in the distance. There is a large range of sunbeds, sofas and tables as well as a BBQ for al fresco dining. The house has another terrace and a balcony. The dining room leads out onto a terrace. The house has air-conditioning / heating throughout. Three of the bedrooms are doubles with en-suite facilities, and lead either directly onto the veranda or onto a balcony.
