It has outstanding sea and mountain views. As one of the original villas, it has been constructed with larger than average rooms each with double aspect windows allowing directional breezes to flow throughout the property. The pool has had a full refurbishment in February 2021. The entire patio area is enclosed with walls and railings, preventing children from wandering off. We have installed additional lighting in 2023. The exterior of the property was repainted in 2023. One of the things that sold this villa to us is the peace and quiet.
