The house is set amongst pine and eucalyptus trees and has wonderful sea views from the large sunbathing terrace on the roof. Guests also have the use of a large barbecue area on the first floor of the property. It is within walking distance of Mojacar beach and a 5 minute drive from the historic Mojacar Pueblo dating back to the fifteenth century. Less than a five minute walk away is a small Carrefour supermarket and a very good Italian restaurant. Both the beach and the village offer lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
