A detached 3 bedroom , 4 bath/shower room villa situated in the desirable location of Mojacar Playa, approximately 260 meters from Las Ventanicas beach and an excellent range of bars and restaurants. It benefits from an elevated position providing some of the best sea views you will find in Mojacar. The villa has air conditioning throughout. Approaching the villa, there are two private parking spaces and an integral garage. To the front of the property is the private pool with a very large, south east facing patio wrapping around the property. There are 6 sun loungers, a table and chairs for 6 people and a gas barbecue. The pool has had a full refurbishment in February 2021. The entire patio area is enclosed with walls and railings, preventing children from wandering off. We have installed additional lighting in 2023. The exterior of the property was repainted in 2023. One of the things that sold this villa to us is the peace and quiet. Exclusive villa in a corner of the Mediterranean coast characterized by its tranquility, beautiful views of the beach of Macenas and bathed in incomparable light. Surrounded by the typical whiteness of the Andalusian villages, this urbanization evokes the atmosphere of the villages of southern Spain. Next to the Cabo de Gata Natural Park there is plenty of excursion to do, good to visit the beautiful beaches of the coast, well the pretty villages of the interior. 3 minutes from Mojacar playa by car and a few minutes walk from Macenas Playa. The villa is very nice and comfortable being fully furnished and equipped with TV and air conditioning (hot and cold). It has a beautiful quiet and sunny private garden and a solarium from where to contemplate the sea. The urbanization has a nice communal pool....

Our villa is called El Nido which means The Nest. This is because you have a birds eye view of the Mediterranean from all three expansive terraces. This property is all about the outside space and views. There is a Weber gas barbecue, quality sunbeds, several lounging areas and the most amazing sea views. You probably will not want to leave the villa as there is nothing quite like having an early morning coffee as you watch the sunrise. You can enjoy al fresco dining under the moonlit sky. El Nido has a state-of-the-art kitchen with a breakfast bar, a semi-circular lounge with TV and feature windows to the sea. There is a utility room, a luxury family shower room, three bedrooms – king size with ensuite, another king-size, and a double bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms lead out to the lower terrace with a Moroccan-style chill area. The middle terrace is for dining and the upper terrace has a bar and lounging area – all with the best views that Mojacar has to offer. We are a ten-minute walk to the best beaches.
