Charming country house with three bedrooms, situated only 2,8 km from the fine sandy beach Pau Pi. Two hectares of land with own water, large garden and irrigation water pond of 9x9x1,5m surrounded by a pine forest and orange plantations. This typical local building is distributed over two floors. On the main floor there is a large porch of 37m2, the kitchen, the dining room, the double bedroom with a 150cm bed and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with two 90cm beds each. Within the grounds you can park up to 2 vehicles. If you wish to bring your pet, you can do so for a supplement of 50€ each, up to a maximum of two allowed. The equipment includes WiFi, barbecue, two sun loungers for the garden, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, TV, iron, hairdryer, sheets, towels and kitchen utensils.
