The outdoor areas are simple yet wonderful, as the private chlorinated swimming pool is surrounded by four sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing whilst enjoying unrivalled views of the mountains and green fields. The pool measures 10 x 3 metres and is between 1.3 and 1.8 metres deep. A veranda and a terrace invite you to enjoy delicious meals with your companions. The property is arranged over four floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen-dining area equipped with a gas hob and a dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The first floor features a spacious lounge where you can watch satellite TV, listen to music or relax with a book by the fireplace during the colder months. On the same floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The second floor has three bedrooms: the first features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sauna; after going up three steps, you will find a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds for two guests.
