Nuestra Finca Rural sits near Órgiva in the Alpujarra Granadina, with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The grassy garden has fruit and olive trees, a swing, and space for football and volleyball. Cool off in the private, fenced pool with its small waterfall, or spend time on the terrace and the 4 loungers. From the garden, you can access the Órgiva river. The 120 m² villa sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. One has a 1.50 m double bed, while the other 2 each have 2 single beds measuring 90 cm wide. There is a bathroom with a shower. The living and dining room has a fireplace and connects to the kitchen via 3 steps. Prepare meals using the oven, hob and microwave, with a dishwasher to take care of the washing-up. Wi-Fi, satellite TV and board games provide entertainment, and the living room and all 3 bedrooms have heating and cooling air conditioning. A washing machine, baby cot and high chair are also provided. There is a barbecue for outdoor meals. The centre of Órgiva is approximately 1.5 km away, and a restaurant is about 475 m away in a straight line. A car is essential. Parking is available for 3 cars; the access road is paved except for the final 200 m on the property, which are gravel. Pets are allowed on request, but parties and events are not permitted.
