Our Villa overlooks the bay of Roses and it is located in a small residential village 7 minutes away from downtown Roses its beaches, entertainment, restaurants. Very modern, the 150 m2 air-conditioned villa is surrounded by a wooded parkland, fenced in and maintained by a gardener South oriented, facing the sea and the terraces. the open-plan kitchen (with a dining room in the patio) is very well equipped and opens to the terraces that have garden table and chairs. The villa also has a summer kitchen with barbecue, garden table, and chairs....

Located on the heights, in a privileged environment, on the edge of the natural park of Cap CREUS, LA ESQUELLADA, this beautiful villa of 200 m² of open type, facing south and with a very Mediterranean aspect, dominates the bay of Rosas. It consists of a large living room, an equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. It is fully equipped. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN with terraces that make the pool inaccessible. From the living room you have access through large windows to two terraces of 80 m² and 40 m² and to your large swimming pool of 50 m². All on a 10,000 m² park with exotic garden, lawn, pine forest, olive trees, pond. Tennis court at 200m. Currently not visible on smartphone.
