The property is fenced, so there is partial privacy. The interior of the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room where you can relax on the comfortable sofas while you enjoy watching a series on the satellite TV. At 50 metres from the house we find the Torre de's Serral dels Falcons, one of the best preserved watchtowers in the east of the island dating back to the year 1577. The famous Drach caves are 500 metres from the house, do not hesitate to visit them. The beach of Portocristo is less than 1 kilometre away and the marina is 500 metres away. In the marina area you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The beaches of Cala Varques, Cala Mandia, Cala Morlanda, Cala Petita or Cala Magrana are 5 minutes away from the house.
