The house was completed in March 2015 for vacation guests, who will certainly not be long in coming. The finca is very quietly located on the outskirts of Porto Cristo with its idyllic fishing port, which, like the sandy beach, is just under 1 km away and can be reached on foot or by bike. Porto Cristo is a very attractive town with many stores and restaurants where especially fresh fish is recommended. On 140 sqm living space and 2 floors you will find on the ground floor a large living / dining room with fine leather furniture and large satellite TV. Next to it is the high quality kitchen with everything that makes a perfect vacation. Both rooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace. At the other end of the ground floor is the largest of the three bedrooms with a noble bathroom with corner washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet. The famous Drach caves are 500 metres from the house, do not hesitate to visit them. The beach of Portocristo is less than 1 kilometre away and the marina is 500 metres away. In the marina area you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The beaches of Cala Varques, Cala Mandia, Cala Morlanda, Cala Petita or Cala Magrana are 5 minutes away from the house.
