The famous Drach caves are 500 metres from the house, do not hesitate to visit them. The beach of Portocristo is less than 1 kilometre away and the marina is 500 metres away. In the marina area you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The beaches of Cala Varques, Cala Mandia, Cala Morlanda, Cala Petita or Cala Magrana are 5 minutes away from the house. Spectacular modern 3-storey house located in one of the most exclusive areas of Porto Cristo with beautiful sea views from almost every room. The house has luxury finishes, air conditioning, wifi internet connection and satellite TV. On the main floor, which can be accessed both internally from the lower floor and via a beautiful exterior staircase, we find a spacious living room with sea views equipped with a large sofa in front of the TV. The living room has access to two beautiful terraces. The main terrace, overlooking the port of Porto Cristo, where you will find the private swimming pool and the barbecue and a covered area equipped with a table for 8 people where you can have breakfast with sea views. The other terrace, situated next to the entrance and facing south and equipped with its corresponding furniture, also has marvellous sea views. Next to the dining room there is a small toilet.
