The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. Moreover, there are fans in all rooms since the house has natural wall insulation and maintains the temperature very well. A baby cot is also available. The Country House features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and balcony, along with a shared outdoor area that includes a barbecue. The property is located 14 km from the beach, which can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A baby cot can be provided upon request. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Celebrating events in this property is not allowed. All rooms are equipped with electric radiators and fans, and the house’s natural wall insulation helps maintain a comfortable temperature. Best of both worlds from only €30 per night! Big enough for a child's bed or a travel cot at an additional small charge. Enjoy a shared fenced pool, a hot tub, and a barbecue area during your stay. The pool and the hot tub are open from April 1 to October 31, from 9 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm. These amenities are private but may be shared with other guests. This finca is located near Costa Tropical beaches, Motril, Calahonda, Salobreña, Granada, and the Alpujarras. Sailing excursions are also available nearby. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Please note that access to the village is via a steep public mountain road.
