This newly built house has two floors and is situated in a quiet location on a very large plot with wonderful views from the first floor over the pool with garden and the Mediterranean Sea in Cala Figuera. The two bedrooms are furnished to a high standard and each have a bathroom with shower and a private balcony. The modern designer kitchen offers everything: state of the art appliances, beautiful crockery and cutlery, etc. The living/dining room is also furnished to a high standard and has a fireplace for relaxing evenings in autumn and winter.
