This wonderful house is situated on the front of the sea, for which reason, it is a real privilege to be able to sunbathe, on the 7 sun loungers, in the different terraces or to have delicious breakfasts contemplating the sunrise, feeling the sound of waves and the sea breeze. Although the best of all is that you have a ladder that gives you direct access to the waters from one of the terraces. The construction comprises three independent apartments that make it just perfect to accommodate in both family or friends groups. The floors are placed as follows: floor -1, ground floor (access from the street) and first floor. Each floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV, its kitchen with gas hob, its laundry - with washing machine, iron and ironing board -, and its private terrace. Then, the -1 apartment has three dormitories, one of them with two single beds and two with a double bed, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
