This wonderful house is situated on the front of the sea, for which reason, it is a real privilege to be able to sunbathe, on the 7 sun loungers, in the different terraces or to have delicious breakfasts contemplating the sunrise, feeling the sound of waves and the sea breeze. Although the best of all is that you have a ladder that gives you direct access to the waters from one of the terraces. The construction comprises three independent apartments that make it just perfect to accommodate in both family or friends groups. The porch around the house has various corners where you can relax. In one of the terraces on the first floor, you are going to be able to sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or have a tasty breakfast under the sun umbrella. There are neighbours. The 200 m2 house is distributed over one floor, the second floor is not available. From the main porch you can access the fantastic living-dining room, where you can relax while watching satellite TV and lighting the fireplace on cold days.
