The finca has been completely renovated and shines in new splendor. The large living / dining room with open kitchen is equipped in Shabby Chic. The old furniture was very nice worked up. Everything is painted bright white, tone on tone with nature. The white plastic windows have new and double. The white aluminum shutters keep the sun outside, keeping the house cool from the inside. The two bedrooms are bright and friendly. The bathroom with shower is fully tiled new. The two sliding doors opening onto the spacious terrace overlooking the bay s'Amarador. The house is located on a fully fenced 400 m2 plot, the whole house is located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb. A child under 2 years old can stay for free, there is a cot and a high chair available in the house. The property and pool is completely private for you, there are no common areas. The S´amarador area is a residential neighborhood with an absence of shops, bars and nightlife, which makes it a super quiet area to spend a relaxing vacation, you have s´amarador beach 1 km away.
