It is located right in front of the well known beer place Bierkönig. Located only 2 minutes walk from the beach and the attractions of the tourist centre of the island, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, discos, pubs, etc. The cosy house sits on a 540m2 plot where you can enjoy the swimming pool, barbecue and relax in the sun. Distributed over 110m2 of construction we find four bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, which allows us to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Upon entering the property we find a comfortable and bright living room where you can spend long evenings enjoying with friends, with a fully equipped kitchenette where you can prepare delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavour. Outside by the swimming pool you will have furniture at your disposal to relax or simply to share some aperitifs in the barbecue area overlooking the garden.
