Beautiful villa in Sa Coma, situated less than 1 kilometre from one of the best valued beaches of Mallorca, the beach of Sa Coma. It is a quiet area but you will find restaurants and shops just a few minutes away. Villa Cas Fraus is a two storey villa surrounded by a garden. The house is accessed from the street, which is a dead end street so there are few cars. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with a table for 10 people and 2 sofas in front of the TV, next to the dining room is the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped, with access to the covered terrace where we find another large table for 10 people. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms; one with two 90 cm beds, the other two with 150 cm beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a private terrace, and another bedroom with a 180 cm bed. The outside of the house is very spacious, next to the swimming pool there is a large artificial grass area with sun loungers, parasols, an outside shower, a children's table and a wonderful stone barbecue. This beautiful coastal house is a marvel. It is located at a short walk from the beach and its exteriors are ideal. At the back of the building, there is a big salt private pool, - 10 x 5 m and 1 to 2.2 m depth -, with 8 sun loungers and a fantastic furnished porch ready for your best barbecues. And, at the front of the house, there is a lawn area that surrounds an amazing terrace where to get relaxed. Inside the house, there is a large living-dining room, with TV-SAT, air conditioning and chimney. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with induction hob and a dining table with chairs and benches. The laundry is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature two single beds and wardrobe, while another one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and cot/high chair and, finally, the fourth one has a bunk bed. All four have fan (3 of them are ceiling ones). There are two more bathroom with shower at the house as well.
