Exclusive country house on the top of a private hill, with a breathtaking view of the Serra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The house blends harmoniously with nature, creating a unique place for all seasons and ideal for business trips, family celebrations or retreats. Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided. Weekly cleaning is included in the rent. Optional services are available on request at the time of booking. Completely free of charge, we offer a rubbish collection service, garden and pool maintenance during your stay in the villa. The house is situated between two villages: Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, both with shops and restaurants, in the centre of the island; it is also only twenty minutes away from the island's capital Palma. Perfect location for access to the beach, the city and the traditional Mediterranean countryside. The house is a twenty minute drive from the airport. It has an enclosed outdoor pool which is not heated, and plenty of space for large groups of people. The house has WiFi and for meetings we can provide a projector and screen.
