The exteriors are great; there is a large terrace at the front of the house to enjoy a good breakfast, and a furnished porch perfect for a barbecue. The private swimming pool is made of salt and measures 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m to 1.90 m. On the terrace you will find six sun beds and 1 sun umbrella for sunbathing, as well as a bathroom with shower for your comfort. Children will enjoy playing in the natural garden with different fruit trees. There is a chicken coop on the plot and the owner always takes care of his animals. And best of all, you can use the eggs for cooking. This one storey house features a spacious living room with satellite TV where you can lie and relax on the sofa and a rustic dining room with a fireplace and a TV set to watch something interesting while having a family lunch. The renewed kitchen, despite is size, has everything you need to cook, like a microwave, an electric oven, a fridge and an electric stove.
