Beautiful stone house for 6 people situated on a hill in the area of S'Espinagar near Calas de Mallorca. A dirt road leads us to the house, a beautiful house with stone facade, we access the house from the back side from the parking and when entering the house we find a large living room divided in three areas, the first one the living room in front of the sofa and a wrought iron fireplace, an arch leads us to the second area a dining room with a large dining table and an open plan kitchen with beautiful oak coloured furniture and fully equipped. The dining room, the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the outside terrace. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with double bed and shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, finally on the first floor there is a complete bathroom with bathtub. Accessing the house through a beautiful entrance door, we find ourselves in the entrance hall where the staircase leads us to a beautiful living-dining room. It is equipped with oak coloured furniture, a large dining table, a sofa area in front of the fireplace and the television. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge, electric oven, microwave and kitchenware. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. On the same floor we can also find a guest toilet.
