Beautiful stone house for 6 people situated on a hill in the area of S'Espinagar near Calas de Mallorca. A dirt road leads us to the house, a beautiful house with stone facade, we access the house from the back side from the parking and when entering the house we find a large living room divided in three areas, the first one the living room in front of the sofa and a wrought iron fireplace, an arch leads us to the second area a dining room with a large dining table and an open plan kitchen with beautiful oak coloured furniture and fully equipped. The dining room, the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the outside terrace. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with double bed and shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, finally on the first floor there is a complete bathroom with bathtub. The outside terrace is very spacious and completely covered, where there is a table to eat and enjoy the wonderful views. On the side of the house is the swimming pool and next to it an artificial grass area with sunbeds. The house has central heating, AC in one of the bedrooms, Wifi and satellite TV....

The exterior area is wonderful. The terrace is spot from which you won't want to move and enjoy long evenings al fresco. There is also a furnished porch. The private and chlorine pool is 8 x 4 meters and has a depth between 1.20m - 2m. You will find 4 sun loungers at your disposal to bask in the Mediterranean sun. Th whole property is surrounded by pine trees. This is a forest area so please note that you are not allowed to light fires, not only in the surroundings but also in the exterior of the house. But if you want to enjoy a delicious barbecue, you can use the electric barbecue instead. The one-storey house has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. For smaller guests we will provide a cot and high chair. There are two bathrooms with tub that serve the whole house. The living - dining area with open kitchen is functional. Pause for a moment and watch a movie on satellite TV or read a good book before cooking together your favourite dishes. The kitchen is well equipped and with gas cooker. There are a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
