This wonderful country house offers the perfect exterior area to spend there most of your time. The private salt water pool -that sizes 9 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.3 to 1.7 metres- will ensure a nice and cool dip. By the pool, you have 8 sunloungers that invite to bask in the sun or read under the pergola. And, to put a great end to a joyful morning or day, you have the spacious terrace with BBQ and furniture to enjoy your meals as well as a top terrace with breath-taking views. The house comprises 2 floors. The one upstairs contains the communal rooms. Here, you'll find a great living - dining room with AC and satellite TV. From the dining area you access the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is also here. In addition, there's an en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a double bed room with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower too. On the ground floor you'll find the 3rd bathroom in the house, with independent shower and tub, and 3 more bedrooms, two of them with twin beds and the last one with a double bed. It is also very well located for golf courses and hiking. On the beach of Cala Millor you will find all kinds of activities and water sports such as snorkeling, scuba diving, pedal boats, fishing, parasailing ... If you prefer sports on the mainland, the house has nearby hiking and mountainbike routes.
