The charming finca Es Moli d’Aigua is located in the northeast of Mallorca in the municipality of Son Servera. The secluded location of the finca with a living space of 240 m2 is ideal for six people. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television, as well as a cot and a highchair (on request). Outside, there is a pool and garden with a sea view, sun terrace and loungers, a large lawn, a table tennis table, basketball hoop and football goal. Up here there is absolute silence and the property is not visible. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a ceramic hob and also offers another table with 4 chairs for your breakfasts. The separate laundry room consists of a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Then, you can cook a delicious barbecue, enjoy it on the porch, and spend the evening on the 4 sunloungers while basking in the sun. The property has total privacy. Inside the house, the perfect rustic combination of elements and the airy space will surprise you. The living room is ideal for resting or watching the TV-sat.
