This Mediterranean-style villa features 5 bedrooms and wonderful sea views. The villa is located very close to the shopping center and Son Bou beach, making it highly recommended if you prefer not to rely heavily on a car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, where you access the villa, there is a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a single bedroom. On the same floor, there is a guest toilet and a terrace offering wonderful views of Son Bou Beach. Going down the stairs leads to the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, air conditioning with a timer, and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have single beds, fans, and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms connect to the terrace with sea views. From here, you can access the pool area, furnished with outdoor furniture, which also features a large barbecue area equipped with a refrigerator and sink. We would like to inform you that construction work may be taking place on a nearby property, which could cause some noise during your stay.
