The villa is located very close to the shopping center and Son Bou beach, making it highly recommended if you prefer not to rely heavily on a car. The villa is divided into two levels: On the upper floor, where you access the villa, you will find a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a single bedroom. On the same floor, there is a guest toilet and a terrace offering wonderful views of Son Bou Beach. Going down the stairs, you access the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, air conditioning with a timer, and an en-suite bathroom. The other three rooms have single beds, fans, and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms connect to the terrace with sea views.
