This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, is 800 metres from the magnificent Portet beach, and one and a half kilometres from the centre of Moraira. In both Moraira and its surroundings, you will be able to enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, magnificent restaurants where you can delight in the appreciated local gastronomy and find various leisure spots, supermarkets and shops. From Villa Carmen, you can travel in just a few minutes to the neighbouring cities of Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia and Jávea. The property has the entire plot of land fenced and a covered parking area, with space to leave more cars outside the covered area. On the terrace is the swimming pool, with a built-in staircase, outdoor shower and sun loungers, from which to contemplate the beautiful views of the mountain. Next to the pool there is a lovely marquee with a wooden table for 6-8 people, two armchairs, and another table for 4 people.
