The closest beach is Cala Baladrar, in Benissa Costa, which is approximately 4 kilometers distance . In Benissa city, if you arrive by car, you can find lots of supermarkets ( there is also an Iceland ). The area is surrounded of wonderful restaurants where you can enjoy the appreciated Spanish gastronomy. From Villa Llagrima, you can get around the cities of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira in few minutes. The house is a country house inside a fenced plot, upon entering, there is a road that leads to a lower level where is a cover parking space for two cars ( although there is enough space at the entrance of the property for more cars ). The living room has a fireplace for the cold seasons. All of this is decorated in a Mediterranean style. From the living room we access the naya (small glazed terrace) and a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views and beautiful sunsets, all protected with awnings for the hottest and sunniest hours. On the lower floor we find the bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with access to the outside terrace and private pool, which can also be accessed from an outside door attached to the house, between the bedrooms we have another bathroom with bathtub.
