Marta's recommendation! My colleague Marta suggested this villa, located in Calle Carabeo, in the centre of Nerja. She bet that it would be a very sought after villa. In her opinion, clients wouldn't mind paying a bit more. But I had my doubts... the villa was not cheap, although the interior is of a good standard. Finally we managed to bring the price down a bit and it came out... Situation and exteriors And our clients love the house! If your holidays are short, then think of the precious time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, supermarket.... From this house, restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is only 200 metres away. However, if you want to bring your own car, there is no problem, as there is a private parking outside! No traffic noise? No, there is no traffic noise, as the Carabeo street is pedestrianised and only allows cars for those who have a parking space there. Beautiful rural villa in Torrox with stunning views of the sea and Nerja. The Villa consists of a spacious living room, with 42" TV with satellite, 3 double bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), fully equipped kitchen. It has several terraces, one by the pool and one with exit from the living room and stunning views. Private pool with toilet on the same level. Maximum capacity of 6 people. The house has free Wi-Fi. The road has the last 300 meters of land, but it is a walkable road for any car. 12 minutes from the center of Torrox by car, 15 minutes from Nerja center and 15-20 minutes from the beach (depending on whether it is Torrox or Nerja). Pets allowed under supplement of € 50 per stay. Pets are not allowed to use the sofas, beds or towels in the house with a penalty of up to € 50 for extra cleaning.
