Wonderful beachfront apartment on Playa de Gandía. First floor with an East-facing terrace offering direct sea views. It features two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a renovated bathroom with a practical shower tray, and a modernized, new kitchen with access to a laundry/drying terrace overlooking the pool and common areas. The living-dining room opens onto a spacious terrace with awnings, providing views of the Neptuno promenade and the beach. An underground parking space is included. The building has a swimming pool with a designated children's paddling area. Located in the heart of Playa de Gandía, within the Aquarium complex, all necessary amenities and services are close by. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, TV, and microwave. Capacity for 4 people. PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (€7/night). NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (changed every two weeks) and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/person). We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard amenities. If either of these is essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
