This beautiful flat for up to 4 people is located in the heart of Gandia beach, 80 metres from the first line of the beach, in the area of the Club Nautico. Area in continuous growth and life throughout the year and services of all kinds. They are flats with a fresh style and Mediterranean decoration, modern and at the same time very cosy thanks to the wicker, bamboo and wood that we have used in the decoration. It is a flat that will make your holiday an unforgettable memory. The Accommodation, Layout and Equipment The flat in Playa de Gandía has 2 bedrooms. Accommodation of 55 m² tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and the swimming pool. The flats have been completely refurbished in keeping with our line, new from top to bottom to make your stay perfect. When you open the door of the flat you will find the living-dining room, an open and spacious area where you will be very comfortable. We have placed a 2.80m sofa with a depth of 110cm in case a child wants to sleep (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa, a 49" TV with international satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian). We have free wifi and air conditioning with heating in the whole flat. Studio flat on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the 4th floor with fabulous views of the sea and the beach. Flat with East-Southeast orientation, as well as the terrace. It has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, practical kitchen/dining room. The latter has access to a large terrace of 14 m2 where you will spend most of the day enjoying the views. It has WIFI service INCLUDED. The building has a communal swimming pool, communal areas with swings and tennis court. It is located on the seafront of Gandía Beach, a stone's throw from the promenade, between the Bayren Hotel and the Colonia Ducal. In the immediate vicinity there are all kinds of services.
