Spectacular villa in the outskirts of Inca This fantastic house for five people is located a few minutes from Inca, in the heart of Mallorca. It is perfect for a family and quiet holiday. The house has high quality finishes and an exquisite decoration, characteristics that will make your holidays wonderful. It has two bedrooms, one double and one triple, two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage shower and another with a whirlpool bath, a large living room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. It is surrounded in part by a great lawn area an in part by stone terrace with up to 5 sun beds where you will bask in the sun with a just squeezed OJ in the morning and maybe a flute of champagne in the evening. The great furnished porch is perfect to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of your daily life while you enjoy a good reading or some music. Here you can enjoy a delicious dinner cooked on the barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. Please also note that the property is right next to the railroad track so you will hear the trains passing by. The house offers a spacious room with AC that unifies two living rooms, the dining room and the kitchen.
