The porch and the terrace are nice spots for having a barbecue with friends. A small garden with fruit trees provides you with fresh lemons and oranges (pending on the season). The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. The bright rooms are distributed on two floors. The air conditioned sitting-dining room invites you to sit down on the sofa and watch a film on the TV (satellite) or to enjoy a nice family dinner. The well equipped kitchen has everything you may need for cooking, including a vitro hob. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
