The 180 m² property has a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a workspace for remote working, a smart TV and beach or pool towels. A high chair, baby cot and playground are also available. The accommodation has a portable air conditioner and fans. The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace and barbecue. There are radiators on every floor and in every room. The holiday home enjoys a quiet location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, 25 minutes from Palma. You can start hikes or bike rides directly from the property. Lloseta is 1 km away and Inca is 5 km away. Public transport links are within walking distance of the house. Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. No noise is permitted after 10 pm. For your convenience by the pool, plastic glasses, a set of cutlery, crockery, towels and sarongs are provided.
