Welcome to Delicias! This charming residence is located in the centre of Playa de Muro and very close to the most beautiful beach in the north of Majorca. The property has a private swimming pool strategically located at the back of the house, close to the lake canal which runs through the neighbourhood. The 3.3m x 7m swimming pool is designed to enjoy the good weather of Mallorca around it, as it has a porch, four sunbeds for sunbathing, a space with a table and six chairs and a portable barbecue. The exterior communicates with the house through several accesses: one directly to the fully equipped kitchen and another one directly to the living-dining room and its comfortable sofas. This makes the house a very comfortable and cosy place. The bedrooms are on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with en suite bathroom, and one bedroom with two single beds. All of them, as well as the living room, have air conditioning to cope with the hot summer days in Mallorca.
