The recently renovated Villa Luna is located in a quiet residential area near Cala d'Or. Spread over two floors, the luxurious villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace and a television. A baby bed and a highchair can be provided upon request. Please note that the open fireplace CANNOT be used! The property features a large garden with seating furniture and a private pool. There is also both a covered and an open terrace where guests can relax on the cama balinesa with a refreshing drink while enjoying the stunning views. There is even a grill for preparing delicious meals outside! Despite the peaceful location of the property, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The situation is ideal, close to Cala Egos and Calo des Pou beaches, the shops and restaurants are a short walking distance from the villa. The Cala d´Or marina is one of the most elegant marinas on the Majorcan Island and is within walking distance from the villa at about 20 minutes. The villa is distributed over 2 floors, on the ground floor we find a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and TV satellite, a dining room with a table and chairs for 6 people, 2 double bedrooms with king size bed with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower completely renovated and a practical and functional kitchen that has been also recently renovated. An outdoor staircase leads to the large roof terrace, providing partial sea-views and also the third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The villa is very well equipped, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, WiFi, satellite TV, cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. After a day full of activities or a day at the beach, there is nothing like a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool, which can be used by the guests of the house. It is a chlorine pool measuring 7 x 7 metres and has a depth of 1.4 metres. There is also a children's swimming area measuring 3.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 0.40 metres. The house has a private garden area, where our guests can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers next to the house, read a book under the parasol or prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy on the beautifully furnished porch. The garden is fenced and there are other houses in this quiet residential area. The house has 130 m2 distributed in two floors. Entering on the ground floor we find a large room shared by living room, dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with sofas where you can sit and watch satellite TV (German channels) while cooling off with the air conditioning. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 9 people. A small bar separates this space from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking during your holidays: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... Next to the complex there are paddle courts that can be rented, a small minigolf, attractions for children and a small bar restaurant, at the moment it is open all year. At 2km we have the marina of Porto Petro, where in winter all the restaurants are open. The marina of Cala d'Or can be reached on foot at about 600m. The house 5, consists of 2 floors, the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, living room with dining table and chairs, 2 sofas and TV saltelite, kitchen with breakfast bar. It has access to the terrace with chairs and table, it has its private garden with sunbeds and a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a freezer, refrigerator, mircroondas, teapot, ceramic hob, has a door to access the laundry with your washing machine.
