This lovingly furnished finca is located on the outskirts of Cala Santanyí, about 15 minutes walk from the beach. It is only 3 km away from Santanyí. There are numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach Cala Figuera with the picturesque fishing harbour and the beautiful promenade. The charming cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds, bathroom, living dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The covered terrace is equipped with a large wooden table and chairs for cosy alfresco meals. Behind the house is the barbecue area with covered terrace, also equipped with table and chairs. At the front of the garden is the 6.50 x 3.10 m above ground pool with a large sun terrace and sun loungers. The extensive grounds offer plenty of variety; reading a book or enjoying a delicious dinner near the house in the shade; cooling off in the pool, playing football or badminton - just enjoy your holiday and relax! When you enter the house, you will immediately notice that the owners themselves often spend their Mallorca holidays here. The modern, open-plan fitted kitchen is perfectly equipped. Even the first aid is taken care of. The spacious living/dining room is cosy and decorated in warm colours. The finca has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One is on the ground floor; the second bedroom with dressing room and access to the upper terrace is on the first floor. In summer, life on Mallorca takes place outdoors. That is why the outdoor area of Villa SON MOJA is particularly beautiful. In the upstairs bedroom there is a cosy terrace with a sitting area. This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located away from the road on a plot of approx. 5.000 sqm, completely enclosed with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Cala Santanyí. On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven and combi fridge and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and en-suite bathroom; one of them with bath and shower. All the windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. From the covered terrace on the first floor you can see the pine forests and the villas and even the sea.
