This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located away from the road on a plot of approx. 5.000 sqm, completely enclosed with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Cala Santanyí. On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven and combi fridge and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and en-suite bathroom; one of them with bath and shower. All the windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open.
