The interior is divided over 2 floors and is fully equipped for a perfect stay. The living room has AC and Smart TV. The dining room overlooks the garden and is accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you have 2 bedrooms to relax in, one with double bed and AC, and the other with 2 single beds, AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with bathtub on this floor. On the first floor, which is accessed by the outside stairs, there is another living room with TV (no satellite), a bedroom with two single beds, AC and ceiling fan and a large bathroom with shower. Description of the accommodation Refresh yourself with a dip in the 9 x 2.8m freshwater pool with a water depth of 0.5 - 1.8m. The pool is kept clean with chlorine. Surrounded by a lawn with sun loungers and a small hedge for privacy, this area is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. A dining area is set up on the veranda and thanks to a mobile barbecue, nothing stands in the way of a barbecue evening with friends and family. The property is fenced and you have direct neighbours. The 360m2 living space is spread over 2 floors. The bright interior with natural colours invites you to linger a while, make yourself comfortable in the air-conditioned living area with a programme on the satellite TV. The dining room seats 6 people. The modern kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the large and small utensils you need for cooking. The location is ideal for families and groups as it sits a few minutes stroll from the famous Cala D’or Marina lined with a wide selection of good quality restaurants for you to choose from, most have seating outside overlooking the Marina allowing you to take in the sea air and make the most of taking a look at the millionaires yachts that reside there. The villa itself is across two storeys and lends itself towards two families or groups as both levels consist of three bedrooms, one on each level has an ensuite, kitchen, family bathroom and lounge giving independence from the rest of party if desired.
