After a day full of activities or a day at the beach, there is nothing like a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool, which can be used by the guests of the house. It is a chlorine pool measuring 7 x 7 metres and has a depth of 1.4 metres. There is also a children's swimming area measuring 3.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 0.40 metres. The house has a private garden area, where our guests can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers next to the house, read a book under the parasol or prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy on the beautifully furnished porch. The garden is fenced and there are other houses in this quiet residential area. The house has 130 m2 distributed in two floors. Entering on the ground floor we find a large room shared by living room, dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with sofas where you can sit and watch satellite TV (German channels) while cooling off with the air conditioning. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 9 people. A small bar separates this space from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking during your holidays: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,...
