Prestige Villas Spain are delighted to offer you Villa Egos 89. Large villa that enjoys a great seafront position with direct access to the sea –with metallic stairs-. From rocks a narrow path that takes to sandy cove Cala Egos only 200m. away. Large two-storey semi-detached holiday villa. On the ground floor there is a dining room, from where there is access to the kitchen and to a conservatory with a second dining room that has partial sea views access. The spacious living room has also sea views. From the living room there is access to a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Guest toilet and utility room. On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The master double bedroom with access to a terrace with sea views, en suite bathroom with separate shower and a dressing room. The others, two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom share a separate bathroom. There is a room with sofas and a table on the terrace, close to the pool; which is ideal for the kids to play at the beginning and end of season. Shower room in the garage. Air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable. The next villa is occupied by the owner of Villa Egos 89, and just uses the property at night. He doesn't use the outside area or pool....
