There is a sunny dining room with a comfortable lounge area with wood burning oven, one step further up there is the main living room with another wood burning oven and next to it the fully furnished kitchen. Towards the side are the bedrooms, 4 in total, an two bathrooms. Another full bathroom with shower is towards the back of the house and has only access from outside. === Outdoor area === Finca Pereda offers a very beautiful and large garden with a wide variety of flowers, palm trees and shrubs. There are various seating areas distributed over the garden, some in the shade of the large trees, others overlooking the pool. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and there is a pool house with the outdoor kitchen, fitted with a gas grill, sink, work top, fridge and a dining table.
