This small, rustic house is located in the coastal village of Cala Murada, the flat on the ground floor is for rent. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Murada, surrounded by palm trees, are only a few minutes' walk away. Layout The flat on the ground floor has a living area of 70 sqm and consists of a small living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180 cm x 190 cm), the other has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each). The house has two flats with separate entrances. The flat on the first floor is used by the very nice, Mallorcan owners, who are always careful to ensure the peace and quiet and privacy of their guests. The connecting door between the flats is locked and the garden is for the sole use of the guests. The house has a fan in all bedrooms which functions as both heating and air conditioning. Outside The property is 1500 square metres. There is a large covered terrace with outdoor seating. There are also other seating areas in the garden with palm trees that provide shade in summer. Mediterranean style house for 6 people located a few meters from the beach of Cala Murada. Casa Barca is a Mediterranean style house with white walls and blue shutters surrounded by a garden with pine and palm trees, we access the house through the garden and enter the living room with an area with sofas and armchairs, and a dining area with a round table, next to the dining room is the kitchen is not very big but is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchenware. The house has 3 double bedrooms, two of them with single beds and one with a double bed. Next to the bedrooms there are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. From the dining room we access the covered terrace overlooking the pool where there is a dining table and a great barbecue. Our chalet has 160 m² and it is an ideal holiday home for 2 to 6 people. On the upper floor, you can find a large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The studio on the ground floor has a separate entrance. The studio cannot be rented separately. In our chalet, you can find a completely equipped kitchen with microwaves, dish washer and washing machine. There is a dining room for 8 people, as well as a comfortable room with fireplace and digital TV. The chalet has a very quiet location and is close to the beach. It is located in a ca. 1400 m² large garden with many trees, grass and fruit trees. It has a children paddling pool, a garden barbecue and a parking place. C'an Cam is a 3 bedroom villa. The good sized 'L' shaped lounge/dining room has patio doors which lead onto the furnished terrace and overlooks the pool. There is a TV and DVD player with both English and German satellites There is ample lounge and dining seating.The private pool measures 8m x 4m is situated within the pretty enclosed garden of the villa. The pool enjoys sunshine throughout the day and into the early evening. There is a BBQ and equipment in the garden as well as sun loungers and sun umbrella. There is an outside shower in the garden close to the pool. Newly added this year is a little Gazebo for extra shade. There is a fully tiled family bathroom on the first floor with bidet and en-suite to the master bedroom which has enclosed shower. There is also a fully tiled shower room on the ground floor with an enclosed shower. Fully tiled fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob and toaster, kettle and coffee maker The utility off the kitchen has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes airer. There is an electricity charge of 0.45 Euro per kWh - A reading will be taken on arrival and departure and the amount must be paid to the manager on departure....
