This small, rustic house is located in the coastal village of Cala Murada, the flat on the ground floor is for rent. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Murada, surrounded by palm trees, are only a few minutes' walk away. Layout The flat on the ground floor has a living area of 70 sqm and consists of a small living room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180 cm x 190 cm), the other has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each). The house has two flats with separate entrances. The flat on the first floor is used by the very nice, Mallorcan owners, who are always careful to ensure the peace and quiet and privacy of their guests. Roof terrace and terrace) on a plot of 520 m2 surrounded by cypresses on the edge of a nature reserve with an unobstructed view of nature. The house is located in a residential / holiday area of Cala Murada somewhat away from the center. The finca is about 2 km from the beach and was only completed in mid-2016 and completely refurbished. A private pool (7 × 4m, gentle salt electrolysis, 2 x cleaning by pool boy in high season) offers bathing fun for young and old. The large pool terrace and the garden leave enough space to find peace and space for children to play and run around. In the rear area, a little away from the hustle and bustle on the pool terrace, there is a lounge corner, which invites you to take a nap on the cozy lounge furniture.
