Architecturally interesting design chalet in Son Mojer, a quiet urbanization between Santanyí and Cala Santanyí. The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only a 3-minute drive or a maximum 15-minute walk away. The house is located on a corner plot and is built on stilts like a stilt house. In fact, the living space is on the first floor. A staircase leads from the garden to the entrance. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen, and a bright living-dining room, as well as a covered terrace that extends along two sides of the house. On the ground floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and a storage room with a washing machine. The remaining space under the house serves as a covered terrace with a large dining table and 6 chairs, two sun loungers, and a relaxation area. The brick barbecue is located in a corner of the garden. All bedrooms and the living-dining room have air conditioning. This huge, two-storey villa is located directly in the bay of Cala Santanyi. It is built in the centre of the bay. The result is a multi-layered terraced landscape on different levels. The house is situated on a plot with delicate quarry stone walls, surrounded by lush green Mediterranean flora with pine and olive trees. The view of the azure blue sea and the white sandy beach is paradisiacal. You really don't have to do without a pool at this location, as the domicile has much more to offer: A stone-carved staircase leads directly into the bay. On the lower terrace, however, there is a very practical outdoor shower with pretty blue mosaic tiles, so you can shower after a dip in the sea without having to go inside. Instead of having to reserve a good spot on the beach, you can relax on one of the many sunbeds on the property. Had enough of the sun? Grab a good book and a cool drink and then head for the shade of the covered terraces. The elegant white building has two separate accommodation units, each with its own kitchen and living room.
