The rustic house is located far from the road on a plot of approximately 5,000 square meters, completely fenced with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk to the beach of Cala Santanyí. On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and combi refrigerator and a double bedroom with shower room. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and private bathroom; one of them with tub and shower.
