It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with double beds and one with two single beds. Two complete bathrooms, one of them with shower and the other with bathtub. It also has 2 fully equipped kitchens. The house is divided into two levels with separate entrances. The upper part of the house consists of kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with TV/Sat, two terraces and dining room. The lower part of the house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room with TV/Sat. The large outdoor area of approx. 800m2 has a private swimming pool of 8x4 metres, several terraces with the possibility to relax and one of them with barbecue. Supermarkets, restaurants and coves are just a few steps away from the villa. The nearest sandy beach is 1 km away....
