Situated less than 200 metres from one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz, Casa Almadraba offers that combination of beach, comfortable home and mature garden that is so hard to find on the Cádiz coast. The house is situated in the exclusive urbanisation of Roche, in a quiet cul-de-sac that ends in a flight of steps leading directly down to the beach, which stretches 7km in one direction to the old tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri and in the other some 500 metres to the small sandstone cliffs that rise to form a series of small coves known as the Calas de Conil . The house, with its Andalusian style (whitewashed walls and tiled roofs) was built just under 20 years ago. It is surrounded by a mature garden of Mediterranean pines, palm trees, gum trees, bougainvillea and wisteria. It has a fabulous 10mx5m salt swimming pool (without chlorine) closed to the rest of the garden and surrounded by a traditional brick terrace and a bamboo pergola that filters the sun's rays (ideal for a siesta). Built on one level, with very spacious rooms and terraces. Easy access and perfect location (less than 200m from the minimarket, pharmacy, kiosk and children's playground and only 400m from the stunning Roche beach). Casa Encinar is an excellent choice if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Although it was built only 10 years ago, the house has a charm and atmosphere normally only seen in older houses. The use of weathered wood as well as the traditional whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and typical multicoloured mosaics give it an unmistakable flavour of a traditional Andalusian country house - even though it is located in the centre of a luxury urbanisation (with all kinds of services) and only 5 minutes walk from a stunning beach. The house sleeps 6 (extendable to 7) although the feeling of space from the moment you enter through the pretty courtyard entrance and pass through the kitchen, lounge and large covered terrace evokes a much larger property. It is an elegant Atlantic beach house, just a short walk (1km) or bike ride from one of the most spectacular stretches of sandy beach on the Costa de la Luz. Situated at the rear of the urbanisation of Roche, the location is quiet, yet less than 5 minutes by bike from the local minimarket (fresh bread), bar and children's playground. And in the summer months within walking distance are several of Cadiz's famous chiringuitos (beach bars). Having said that, this is a house you will want to spend time in; it has been designed precisely for that, offering that little bit more than the typical beach house. Casa Haizea is a new, top-class house with 5 bedrooms, ideal for large families or 2-3 smaller families. The house is located between Conil and the Fuente del Gallo district, close to the beach, so you won't really need a car. It was completed in the summer of 2021 and is very modernly and tastefully furnished. The ground floor features a large living room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. Large windows and terrace doors allow the terrace to merge with the living room in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped, and while cooking on the island, you can look out at the elongated pool. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room and its own terrace. There is also a guest toilet. The first floor has two beautiful bedrooms with fantastic sea views. They are each equipped with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The sophisticated architecture allows for showering with a sea view in both bathrooms, and both bedrooms have access to a beautiful terrace with sea views.
