Villa ELTRECE, in El Portet de Moraira, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child. With beautiful sea views, a magnificent location and a contemporary design, the villa offers all the comforts for a great family holiday. Distribution of the villa With 300 m2 of living space, the accommodation is divided into two floors connected by internal stairs. On the main floor and accessing through a beautiful entrance door, we access a hall that leads us to a bright and spacious open living room, with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the sea and the small pool, air conditioning, a seating area with two nice sofas, TV, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room with a nice bar that divides the two rooms.
