Although it's quietly situated, surrounded by the nature of Southern Spain, the nearest sandy beach is less than a 10-minute drive away. The approximately 10 x 5m pool is surrounded by a well-kept garden with many Mediterranean plants. The entire plot is about 1,200 square meters. The villa offers all comforts for up to 7-8 people: 4 large bedrooms: two with two single beds each (0.90 cm wide), one with a single bed and possibly an extra bed, and one with a double bed and an adjoining large balcony with a table and chairs. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor, making the villa ideally suited – also due to its size of 170 sqm – for holidays with two families. It was completed in the summer of 2021 and is very modernly and tastefully furnished. The ground floor features a large living area that opens onto the dining area and kitchen.
