Rural apartment within the Breña Natural Park and facing Cape Trafalgar. Ideal for 2 people. Located in the most private area of Los Caños, on a private estate of 5,000 square meters, with a shared pool. I live on the property with my family; we offer a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and take care of all maintenance. It is a very tranquil place where, due to our location, you will only hear the sounds of nature and see its blue and green colors! A unique spot in the area where you can relax and unwind. On our estate, you can enjoy the silence, beautiful views, and a starry sky since our location allows for it... Our guests can access the garden, barbecue area, pool, and a comfortable chill-out area where you can have a snack, etc., facing Cape Trafalgar. It is not suitable for children. The washing machine is shared and under petition. The single beds can be joined together to make a double bed. The pool is open all year, all day. No parties and visitors are allowed. The holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a cosy wood stove, an adjoining well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and television. Air conditioning is only available in the living room but cools the entire property. There are also fans in the bedrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy the tranquility of the lush garden from their spacious patio, which is equipped with a beautiful gazebo and a dining table, and savour fresh meals together. The small pool (available from April to October) with a calming fountain feature invites you to refresh yourself on warm afternoons and sunbathe on the recliners in absolute privacy. The closest beach, Playa de Zahora, is about a 6-minute drive or 1.7 km away and at the same distance to the south you will find the stunning sights of Cape Trafalgar.
