Beautiful house with totally private pool in Costitx. The house has two bedrooms, a double room on the ground floor and another room on a loft that is accessed from the living room. It has a full bathroom. The living room is very spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The exterior of the house has a porch with a table to have breakfast, or eat in the shade and enjoy the pleasant climate of the island surrounded by nature. In the barbecue area we have a relaxation area with sun loungers and a private pool for our clients to cool off on summer days. It is furnished with a dining table for 6 people. There you will enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors as well as delicious barbecues. The house counts with other fantastic corners where you will enjoy nature and summer weather. The property is fenced, there are close neighbours and privacy is partial. The 155 m2 2-storey house has a traditional architectonic style, and at the same time, all modern comforts. When you get in you will find a room shared by the living - dining room and kitchen. You will rest on the comfortable armchairs and sofa while watching the TV Sat, and warm up by the wood stove in winter.
