The exterior area is very nice, surrounded by nature, it featues a chlorine pool of 7 x 4 and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.7, an equipped terrace, a furnished porch and a barbecue. The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed on the ground floor and two on the floor -1, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the floor -1. The living room is very cozy, furnished in rustic style. It has two sofas, a TV-Sat, and a bookshelf. In the same space you can find a secondary lounge on a mezzanine. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs. The separate kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is a oil central heating throughout the whole house. The house is located next to the mountain, where you can make great walks in the nature. Fornalutx is a small and very charming village located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. It has only 384 inhabitants, and retains the charm of authentic Mallorca.
