This enchanting property offers accommodation on one floor and 115 m2. Stylistically, it's a mix between warm colours and rustic details, making you feel like home from the first moment. The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed on the ground floor and two on the floor -1, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the floor -1. First I would like to explain that to reach the house by car, you need experience on narrow mountain roads. The road is paved, but it is quite narrow and has sharp curves with slopes. To get to the house there is 3. 9 km (15 minutes) of narrow road from Biniaraix and 7km (25 minutes) from the petrol station of Soller We say this because people are not used to this type of road and the road from Biniaraix to the house can make it difficult if you don't have some experience in driving on narrow roads. The last two curves just before to get to the house are a bit closer and are together (These two curves are in the last two photos of the ad) and it is possible that some inexperienced drivers have to make a maneuver. We have a Renault Kangoo and climb without any problem To reach the house always recommend a small car or medium. Surrounded by pure nature, the property features a spacious furnished terrace to spend great moments with your family or friends outdoors. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco or simply sit and taste a glass of wine revelling in the peace of the mountain and village views. There is a barbecue available but please mind that it is forbidden to light fire from May 1 to October 15 in this forest area. The natural stone highlights the charm and beauty of this two-storey house. When you enter, you find a cosy living-dining room with kitchen. Here you have two sofas to rest or relax while watching the satellite TV, listening to some music or simply with a good reading. The place is wonderful specially during the winter thanks to the the wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all the needed tools. The washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the bathroom. You can rest in the three bedrooms located on the inferior floor, all of them with a closet, fan and radiator.
