Lovely tradicional Stone house located in a peaceful villa with amazing views into the Tramuntana mountains( World Heritage) .The house has a combined living room/ dining room with open chimney in the ground floor. Next to this area is the fully-equipped kitchen( dish-washer, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, hob...) and a bathroom with shower. In the first floor there is another bathroom with shower/tub and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed(150x190) and the other one has two single beds (90x190). The house has wifi, SAT TV in the ground floor and spanish TV in one of the bedrooms, air conditioning warm/cold in the ground and first floor. The house is suitable also in the winter months. All the rooms in the house offer beautiful views into the mountains. The villa has many areas to relax surrounded by lemon, orange and centenary olive trees . It´s a pleasure to pick the oranges and lemons from the trees and drink a freshly squeezed juice while contemplating the Tramuntana landscape `close to heaven´. The villa has a terrace with sunbeds, many sitting areas for eating , covered terrace, barbecue area.... It is 10 minutes walking to the square village. First I would like to explain that to reach the house by car, you need experience on narrow mountain roads. The road is paved, but it is quite narrow and has sharp curves with slopes. To get to the house there is 3. 9 km (15 minutes) of narrow road from Biniaraix and 7km (25 minutes) from the petrol station of Soller We say this because people are not used to this type of road and the road from Biniaraix to the house can make it difficult if you don't have some experience in driving on narrow roads. The last two curves just before to get to the house are a bit closer and are together (These two curves are in the last two photos of the ad) and it is possible that some inexperienced drivers have to make a maneuver. We have a Renault Kangoo and climb without any problem To reach the house always recommend a small car or medium. We also want to say that thanks to this narrow path, the landscape and the area has been preserved very little built, which makes it a very green place with great views, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting The house is in a sunny place very well located for hiking.
