The Molló de la Creu is characterized by its flora, large pines, native fauna, owls, hawks and good temperature in summer. It is very well connected 5 minutes from the beach of Gandía, 3 minutes from the city and 45 minutes from Valencia by car. The area also has public transportation, (the Gandía urbanet) and taxi service. Access to urbanization is simple. Ideal for families, for groups of friends, couples, to do different outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, climbing. Nearby you can visit and enjoy different sandy beaches or rocks, prehistoric caves, spectacular panoramic views of the region. In the city of Gandia there are many places of tourist interest in addition to its extensive beach. The house has a large garden. Ideal for sunbathing, barbecues, relax, play children. Pets Allowed. The pool is ideal to cool off during good weather. In the evenings you can enjoy pleasant evenings with the sky full of stars, dinner outdoors.
